Robert Cronin

Robert Cronin has shown internationally for decades. Over the years, he has   worked with many different media and subject matter; from ink “cartoons” to large scale figurative oils. Cronin was born in Lexington, Massachusetts.

He graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design, before continuing on to Cornell University for his masters degree. Cronin taught at the collegiate level for a good part of his career-  Bennington College and Brown University are among the institutions that have benefited from his  tenure.

Mr. Cronin’s work is in many museum collections including: the National Academy, the Brooklyn Museum, the Kresge Art Museum, and the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh. He lives and works in Falls Village , CT.
